Shipping

• Estimated delivery time is 8–20 business days, depending on the destination country and product availability.

• Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to automatic and immediate order processing.
• In exceptional cases, you may contact customer service within two hours of placing the order to see if processing can be stopped.
• After that, cancellations or refunds are not allowed for any reason.

• Returns or exchanges are only allowed for products that are damaged, broken, or different from the item ordered.
• Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product, with a clear photo of the item.
• Products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.
• For hygiene reasons, cosmetic, skincare, and personal electrical products cannot be returned.
